If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify the order details and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and a photo of the item you received to help us resolve the issue faster.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at our support page. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return policy instead.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you have an account with us, you can also check your tracking details under My Orders.
